JOB DESCRIPTION-ACCOUNT ASSITANT Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing essential support for our accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements. Reconcile bank statements and Debtors & Creditors. Preparation of GST/TDS data and filling of monthly and yearly Data. Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making. Assist in month-end and year auditors during audits. Preparation the E-invoice and E-way bill. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or-end closing processes. Coordinate with internal and external a related field. Proven experience in accounting or a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
