Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage various accounting activities including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and bank statements. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls. Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
