Location: 1301 Excel Plaza, Pant Nagar, Ghatkopar East Mumbai 400077 Company Profile Page - www.odysse.in Experience: Minimum 3 years CTC: 3 to 4 LPA (Depending on relevant experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours Mon to Fri: 10. 00 am to 6.30 pm // Sat : 10.00 to 2.00 pm Job Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Prepare E way bills, handle end to end process of Accounts maintaining in a manufacturing unit Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights to management. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and regulations. Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Tally (All modules) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant accounting & Taxation portals.
