Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Basic daily accounting, voucher checking, entries of all B2C transactions and Payments.
• Reconciliation of all B2C entries from different platforms and portals along with their payments to ensure Zero unmatched entries at the end of the month.
• Follow up with all portals/ platform stakeholders to get details of any outstanding entries, payments, deductions and reports to ensure complete set off of any overdue entries.
• Issue of Credit Notes/ Debit Notes for Sales returns/ adjustments/ excess payments etc.
• B2C customer creation.
• Complete coordination with Banks for making Bank Guarantees, FDRs, Limits, Returns, Statements, Automations, Clarifications, Reports, Statements, Changes in Authorized signatories, Corporate Credit Card issue and cancellation, Payment clarifications and Seamless working on banking for any other areas that may be added.
