Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Dispatch Planning: Plan and coordinate daily dispatches to ensure timely delivery of orders. 2. Order Management: Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and invoices. 3. Invoicing: Raise invoices for customers and ensure they are accurate and complete. 5. Price Maintenance: Update prices in the system and notify customers of any price changes. 6. Documentation: Ensure all dispatch documents, including invoices and delivery notes, are accurately completed and signed.
