Job Summary: Naga Auto Ventures LLP is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bank transactions, ledger entries, and compliance activities. The role requires a responsible individual who can coordinate across departments and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions in accounting software. Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage cashbook entries. Maintain and track petty cash, ensuring all expenses are documented and approved. Coordinate with the sales, service, and spares teams to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking. Make bank deposits. Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Com Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in accounting. Software Proficiency: MS Excel, and familiarity with GST/TDS portals. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
