Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. This role is essential in ensuring financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company policies and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting software. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records and accounting systems. Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and credit card accounts. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and account summaries. Handle petty cash, staff expense claims, and reimbursement processing. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve account-related queries. Manage documentation and filing of financial records both physically and digitally. Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies or variances to the Finance Manager. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-4years of experience in an accounting or administrative role. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or similar. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator, Accounting or similar role.
