Job Description
The Accounts & Administration Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions and administrative operations. This role supports the finance team with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting, while also ensuring the smooth running of administrative and office-related duties.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

Generate financial reports as required by management.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., tax filings, GST/VAT, etc.).

Support the external audit process with documentation and queries.

Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.

Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.

Handle administrative correspondence and filing systems (physical and digital).

Organize internal meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical support.
