Job Description

The Accounts & Administration Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions and administrative operations. This role supports the finance team with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting, while also ensuring the smooth running of administrative and office-related duties.

 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.

  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims.

  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

  • Generate financial reports as required by management.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., tax filings, GST/VAT, etc.).

  • Support the external audit process with documentation and queries.

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.

  • Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.

  • Handle administrative correspondence and filing systems (physical and digital).

  • Organize internal meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical support.
