Job Description
Maintain day-to-day accounts and record all financial transactions accurately. Track and manage daily office expenses and petty cash. Handle employee queries and provide timely solutions to their issues. Maintain and organize invoices, bills, and other financial documents. Assist in monthly GST filing and ensure timely compliance. Coordinate Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) activities for employees. Support in general administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
