About this role: Work Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM IST Roles & Responsibilities: Handle month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepaid workpapers Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards Collaborate with US-based teams for approvals and vendor communications Track and post intercompany transactions accurately Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making Requirements: Strong accounting background (Minimum of 5-8 years of experience) with expertise in general ledger, AP, and reconciliations CA Preferred but not necessary Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with US teams Experience in ERP systems (Financial Force or similar preferred) Shared services experience is a plus If you have a solid foundation in accounting principles, experience in financial operations, and the ability to work effectively in a global finance environment, we encourage you to apply!,
