Job Description
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and managing the company's annual budgets and forecasts. You will closely monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and working capital to ensure financial stability. Your role will involve providing detailed financial reports and interpreting financial information for management to make informed decisions. In addition, you will develop strategies aimed at optimizing the company's financial performance. It will be your responsibility to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Maintaining the chart of accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting standards will also be part of your key duties. You will track project-wise costing and revenues, monitoring project budgets versus actuals and providing insightful variance analysis. Working closely with project teams, you will oversee real estate development costs, collections, and profitability to contribute to the overall financial success of the projects. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns. Your ability to liaise effectively with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies will be essential. Keeping all financial records in accordance with legal and company requirements will be a priority to maintain transparency and compliance.
