Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy of all financial data. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis and insights. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax returns. Audit Preparation: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial reports. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function. Job Description Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
