Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day financial records and ensure accuracy in accounting entries

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts (Tally/Busy or similar software)

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings

• Assist in internal and external audits

• Monitor cash flow and budgeting

• Coordinate with the head office and external consultants (e.g., CA)

• Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and stock-related entries

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/M.Com)

• 2-5 years of accounting experience preferred

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel)

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and organizational skills
