Job Description
2. Bookkeeping & Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts, and petty cash. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other accounting summaries. 3*. Budgeting & Forecasting:* Assist in preparing the annual budget for mall operations and tracking expenditures against the budget. Monitor mall expenses and provide regular financial forecasts and reports to management. 4. Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including filing monthly and yearly tax returns. Prepare financial documents required for audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
