The Accountant & Marketing Assistant position is a unique opportunity to join our team in a hybrid role that combines accounting, marketing, and business analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using Tally, preparing tax returns, assisting in financial statement preparation, and monitoring cash flow and budgets. Additionally, you will support marketing activities by designing visuals and promotional content using Canva, managing social media and digital marketing tasks, creating marketing reports, and contributing to business analysis using Excel and dashboards. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Canva is required, as well as strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can juggle multiple responsibilities in a small team environment. While experience or interest in marketing and design is preferred, familiarity with basic marketing tools and business intelligence concepts would be advantageous. Comfort with tools like PowerPoint and Google Sheets for presentations is a plus.
