Note: Only Local Candidates from Mumbai are considered. (not including Thane and Navi Mumbai) We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin Executive with hands-on experience in export and domestic accounting and a strong administrative background. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of independently managing accounting functions and office operations in a fast-paced export environment. Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance (Tally ERP/Prime + Excel): Manage day-to-day accounting including bank entries, reconciliations, voucher posting Prepare sales, purchase, proforma, and export invoices (multi-currency) Generate GST (GSTR1, 2B, 3B) and TDS reports and filings Finalize balance sheets, P&L statements, trial balances, audit schedules Handle petty cash, inventory costing, and maintain ledgers Prepare debit/credit notes, cheques, and financial documentation Manage share trading entries and capital gains reporting Track export refunds, LUTs, and compile income tax data Tally ERP/Prime: Domestic & export invoice generation Bank and account reconciliations, depreciation records Basic understanding of customization Export Documentation & Logistics: Create and manage pre & post-shipment documentation Coordinate logistics, cargo labeling, and track shipments Generate e-way bills, FIRC/BRC reconciliation, and packing lists Manage export insurance and related banking documentation Digital Tools & Automation: Strong skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Excel formulas & shortcuts Manage communications via Gmail & Outlook Use AI tools and web research for compliance and workflow improvements Prepare quotations, automate tasks using spreadsheets and templates Administrative & Organizational Support: Implement and improve accounting and admin systems Maintain document filing (physical + cloud) Support internal coordination and process optimization Required Skills & Qualities: Mandatory experience in export accounting and documentation Proficient in Tally ERP (9/Prime) and Excel Familiar with GST portal, ICEGATE, e-way bill system Good written and spoken English communication Self-motivated, organized, and accountable Comfortable with digital tools and AI-driven processes Preferred (Bonus) Skills: Experience in trading, manufacturing, or export companies Familiarity with RODTEP, Advance Authorization, and export incentives Exposure to banking procedures for exports Process and system implementation experience Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person,
