*Key Responsibilities*:

* Manage daily accounting tasks including journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation

* Handle accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management

* Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and reports

* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

* Coordinate with auditors and handle internal audits

* Maintain all financial records and support budget planning

* 

* *Requirements*:

* *Minimum 5 years of accounting experience* (hospital experience preferred)

* Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel & accounting principles

* Experience in statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESI)

* Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

* Good communication skills (English and Kannada)
