Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

• Maintain books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance, etc.)

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations

• Maintain documentation and filing of financial records

• Assist with audits and internal reviews

• Work with external vendors and stakeholders as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• Minimum 6 months of accounting experience (internship or full-time)

• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
