Job Description: Senior Accountant Position Title: Senior Accountant Department: Finance/Accounting Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Radiance papers Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a manufacturing unit and possess a comprehensive understanding of all accounting functions, including voucher entries, sales, purchase, bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, auditing, and import-export documentation. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Functions: Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including voucher entries, sales, and purchases. Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Auditing: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Import-Export Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely recording of import-export transactions. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis to senior management. Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations. Maintain and update financial policies and procedures as required.
