We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Generate regular reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for internal and external stakeholders. Manage general ledger, reconcile accounts, and oversee month-end closing procedures. Conduct internal audits and coordinate semi-annual audits with auditors. Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize costs and enhance revenue. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing training and support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting and financial analysis. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
