Job Description
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and other financial data to ensure accuracy. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting activities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards. Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.). Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
