The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day financial activities independently. Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Tamil is essential to manage communication across regions and departments. Key Responsibilities: 2. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. 3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 6. Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer balances. 7. Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control. 8. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies. 9. Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 2. 510 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or related industries. 3. Proficiency in accounting software (especially Tally) and Microsoft Excel. 4. In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. 5. Fluent in English, Malayalam (spoken) and Tamil (spoken). 6. Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
