Job Description

You will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis which includes preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Additionally, you will assist in budget preparation, monitor financial performance, and report variances to management. In terms of accounts management, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. For compliance and audit purposes, you will ensure adherence to financial regulations, assist in internal and external audits, and update financial policies and procedures. Taxation duties will involve preparing and filing tax returns as per regulatory requirements, assisting in tax planning, and staying informed about changes in tax laws and regulations. Financial operations will be under your supervision, including overseeing daily financial operations, managing cash flow, banking relationships, and transactions, as well as supporting financial software and systems. Your role will also extend to providing financial insights and recommendations to management, supporting strategic decision-making processes with financial data and analysis. To qualify for this position, you should have 2-5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in an eCommerce or B2B setting. A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, proficiency in financial software and tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You must also demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.,
