Job Description
At Chase, you will focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help customers. The Call Center Customer Service Account Specialist's role is dynamic, engaging, and presents new challenges daily. As a Specialist I in Customer Service, you will handle approximately 80-120 inbound calls per day from checking and savings account holders. Building strong relationships with customers is key to making a positive impact on the business. Your dedication to customer service and competitive spirit will drive your success in our fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in 100% phone-based customer interactions in a call center setting - Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills while meeting customer needs - Interact with customers in a metrics-driven setting - Utilize various technologies with flexibility and resilience in a high-speed environment - Take personal responsibility for each customer interaction, showing respect and empathy in responses - Collaborate effectively in both independent and team settings - Adhere to all relevant regulatory and departmental guidelines and procedures Qualifications and Skills Required: - Minimum of 1 year of customer interaction or support experience, whether over the phone or in person - At least 6 months of computer experience, working with multiple applications in a Windows-based system - High School Diploma (10+2), HSC, or GED Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to multitask on a computer while offering customer support - Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Previous experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Retail sectors - Passion for assisting individuals by solving problems and effectively presenting solutions Work Schedule: Candidates must be open to working shifts during operational hours, which could include evenings, weekends, or night shifts/US-friendly hours. Specific schedule details will be communicated by the Recruiter. This position mandates attendance at scheduled trainings, which may not align with regular working hours.,
