Responsibilities Support the team in driving activities aimed at enhancing revenues and relationships. Aid in the development and implementation of the business plan. Facilitate governance sessions with the core team to monitor progress on identified big bets. Prepare strategic review decks for meetings with ILT / Executive team. Assist in coordinating pitch support and debriefs for strategic opportunities. Collaborate with Finance & Sales operations teams to provide strategic and operational insights through CRM analysis. Drive client development initiatives to explore new opportunities, markets, and clients. Conceptualize and execute high-visibility initiatives such as events and thought leadership pieces. Coordinate event management and sponsorship activities with relevant industry bodies. Assist the OMPs office in promoting the region through internal and external communications and marketing activities. Take ownership of knowledge management efforts to support strategic pursuits for the region. Coordinate activities to build a stronger community across functions, sectors, and the wider regional practice. Maintain a calendar of key internal meetings. Qualifications MBA/MMS/PGDM degree.
