The Accounts Receivable team is seeking professionals to enhance their team in Mumbai, on a full-time basis. As a part of the team, your key responsibilities will include tracking and managing receivables utilizing basic Excel tools, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams for operational efficiency, and achieving collection targets within specified timelines. The ideal candidate for this role will have 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client servicing, demonstrating proficiency in professional communication via calls and emails, exhibiting organizational skills, proactiveness, and a target-driven approach. Basic knowledge of Excel and strong spoken English skills are essential for success in this role. While not mandatory, a background in FMCG, retail, advertising, media, event management, or call centers is preferred.
