Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks in support of our financial team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the operations team to verify supplier bills, ensuring accurate data entry in Tally software, managing supplier accounts, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the operations team to verify the authenticity of supplier bills. - Ensure proper documentation and matching of bills with purchase orders or contracts. - Accurately input bill entries in Tally accounting software with correct coding and expense allocation. - Assist in reconciling supplier accounts monthly for accuracy. - Maintain clear communication with suppliers and internal teams for smooth transaction processing. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams and suppliers. - Proficiency in accounting software, especially Tally, is preferred. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
