Job Description Responsibilities Maintain and organize financial records related to expenses and invoicing. Coordinate with procurement and other departments to verify approval and accrual processes. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors through consistent communication. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as legal requirements. Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting purposes.
