Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure quality submission ratios and shortlist and interview rates
  2. Resume qualifications; talk to each candidate to qualify and screen
  3. Train/mentor and ensure productivity via assigned recruiters for those requirements you are not working on
  4. When necessary, recruit candidates for hot/urgent job orders
  5. Gain the trust of the Client/MSP through quality submissions and delivery
  6. Hold monthly calls with the Client/MSP to gain proactive feedback
  7. Build a relationship with the main Client/MSP contacts
  8. Build a relationship with your contract workers
  9. Build, develop & maintain client relationships, maximize client satisfaction; participate in periodic client review meetings
  10. Coordinate the redeployment of members from one consulting engagement to the next; promote employee retention

Salary : 30 % hike On  current CTC
