Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality submission ratios and shortlist and interview rates
- Resume qualifications; talk to each candidate to qualify and screen
- Train/mentor and ensure productivity via assigned recruiters for those requirements you are not working on
- When necessary, recruit candidates for hot/urgent job orders
- Gain the trust of the Client/MSP through quality submissions and delivery
- Hold monthly calls with the Client/MSP to gain proactive feedback
- Build a relationship with the main Client/MSP contacts
- Build a relationship with your contract workers
- Build, develop & maintain client relationships, maximize client satisfaction; participate in periodic client review meetings
- Coordinate the redeployment of members from one consulting engagement to the next; promote employee retention
Salary : 30 % hike On current CTC
