Job Description
As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for converting prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties that match the investment needs of the prospects. You will utilize leads generated by the Marketing team and generate self-leads through local activities such as procuring relevant databases and conducting on-ground activities in corporates, clubs, etc. Your role will involve taking prospects for site visits, addressing all relevant queries, and coordinating with the Developer or PropTiger's Developer Relations Team for any necessary clarifications. It will be crucial to ensure compliance with the operations process and to prioritize customer satisfaction at all touch-points. In this role, you will provide after-sales services and assist customers in securing Home Loans. To excel in this position, you should hold a Graduation/MBA degree, possess a positive attitude towards conducting 2-3 meetings daily, and enjoy sales activities. Direct sales experience, effective communication skills, the ability to comprehend prospect requirements, and pitch property solutions accordingly are essential.
