Job Description
As an Account Manager in the Broker Acquisition team at REA India, you will play a crucial role in lead management, sales, and business development for the region. Your responsibilities will include data management to ensure comprehensive coverage in the assigned territory, as well as tracking key performance indicators. You will spearhead client acquisition campaigns and lead generation efforts to establish a prominent brand for property services in the region. Your role will also involve ensuring high-quality service delivery and maximizing client retention. Additionally, you will provide valuable market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the Marketing team to support strategic promotional and customer communication initiatives. Achieving targets in the designated areas will be a key focus of your role. You will be responsible for identifying new projects and brokers in the territory, acquiring them, and ensuring optimal coverage. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure full coverage of new projects launched by them will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduation or Post-graduation degree and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales within the real estate industry. Your outgoing personality, confidence, and self-motivation will be valuable assets in this role. Strong presentation skills, a passion for selling, resilience, and persistence are essential traits. Your ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels and strong negotiation skills will be critical.
