The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and drive business growth by ensuring client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative and results-driven marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and trusting relationships. Regularly communicate campaign performance, updates, and opportunities for optimization. Understand clients goals and ensure campaigns align with their business objectives. Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies. Oversee execution of campaigns across channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports to share with clients. Use insights to recommend improvements and optimizations for better results. Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, technical, and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams and clients. Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients. Support the sales team in acquiring new clients by providing insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies. Certification in Google Ads or similar platforms is a plus.
