Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Account Manager SMB Business with strong experience in the Commercial PC segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing small & medium business clients, understanding their IT hardware needs, and driving consistent sales growth in the B2B space. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the SMB customer base in the assigned territory (Mumbai region) Drive sales of commercial desktop, laptop, workstation, and accessories to SMB clients Engage with decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement, Admin) to understand client needs Develop and execute account strategies to achieve business targets Generate new leads, follow up on existing inquiries, and ensure timely closure of sales Collaborate with channel partners/distributors for order fulfillment and post-sales support Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasting and reporting Stay updated with the latest trends in commercial PC solutions and competitor offerings Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales within the PC/Laptop/IT Hardware industry Strong network with SMB clients in the Mumbai market Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality Interested candidate kindly share your resume on anju@smart-source.in Regards, Anju Salunke Smart Source,
