About the Role: Were looking for a highly motivated Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client relationships. In this role, youll act as the trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: Own the post-sale client relationship, serving as the main point of contact. Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and feedback loops to ensure client satisfaction. Work with internal delivery teams to ensure projects meet expectations and timelines. Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Monitor client health and proactively resolve issues. Maintain accurate account records in CRM. Collaborate with business development and marketing on client engagement strategies. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in client management, preferably in a consulting or agency setting. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple clients. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, or Monday.com is a plus. Nice to Have: Background in ERP, digital, marketing Experience managing enterprise-level clients or long-term retainers.,
