We are Hiring for Account Manager

Experience : : 6 + years

Notice period : Immediate joiner


Roles & Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end relationship with assigned customers, including renewals, upsell closures, and satisfaction.-
  • Create and execute strategic account plans that outline renewal timelines, expansion roadmaps, and adoption KPIs
  • Identify volume and add-on upsell opportunities through usage insights and product engagement analytics.-
  • Generate cross-sell leads and collaborate with Account Executives for closure
  • Ensure high product utilization by enabling customer teams, showcasing new features, and sharing best
  • Anticipate churn risks and proactively deploy retention strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.-
  • conduct regular business reviews with customers to highlight value realized and future opportunities.-
  • Act as the customer advocate internally, channeling insights to Product, Support, and Marketing teams.-
  • Maintain accurate tracking of renewal pipeline, expansion potential, and account health in CRM systems.


Qualifications & Skills:-

  • 6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewal Sales in a SaaS or digital solutions environment.-
  • Proven ability to own and deliver on revenue targets tied to renewals and upsells.-
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and SaaS metrics (e.g., CSAT, adoption rate)-
