As an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) at Kissht Finance, you will be responsible for managing operations in the Gorakhpur and Kannauj areas of Uttar Pradesh. We are looking for candidates with experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) products. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving business growth in the assigned locations. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum qualification of Graduation. We have openings for 2 positions in Gorakhpur and 1 position in Kannauj, with a competitive CTC ranging from 3,50,000 to 4,05,000 per annum. Ideal candidates will have a background in Banking Sales, specifically in LAP and HL products.
