As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing all matters related to customer accounts. After onboarding new customers, you will document their requirements, concerns, and other requests. Your role also involves strengthening existing consumer relationships and forming long-term alliances. It will be your duty to maintain regular communication with clients and to identify the products or services that best suit each client's individual needs. Collaboration with different departments may be necessary to enhance the client experience. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree, with at least 1 year of experience in accounting, CA, and overall work experience. A Chartered Accountant certification is required for this role.
