The Role: A unique chance to join our team right at the center of all the action. This role will require owning Customer Growth & Sales as your core domain while contributing to business strategy and other strategic new initiatives. Location: Bengaluru Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Identify and target potential mid-size businesses in the Indian market that fit the product. - Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential customers. - Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales efforts and optimize business. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market insights to refine sales strategies. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Fintech sales, preferably in fintech/banking or a related industry. - Strong technical skills to be able to understand our platform in depth. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Experience selling into the Indian mid-size business market with a strong understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up. - Finance knowledge is a plus.,
