The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth operations in the accounts department. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping using Tally ERP (mandatory). Reconcile bank statements and address discrepancies. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and taxation regulations. Coordinate with auditors and support internal teams for account-related matters. Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory). Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field (preferred). 1 year of experience in accounting roles.
