The role at Rippling involves joining the founding Global AE sales team to contribute towards building and scaling the Global sales organization. As a part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle from discovery and demo to the final stage of closing deals. Achieving quota consistently and effectively managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce for accurate revenue forecasting will be crucial aspects of your role. It is essential to become well-versed in the features of our complete platform and have a solid understanding of our competitors. Collaboration with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers will also be a key part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you should possess a BA/BS Degree along with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B products. Having a background in carrying an annual quota of $1M or more and a track record of success placing you in the top 10% of a sales organization will be advantageous. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills, including fluency in English, are essential requirements for this position. For office-based employees living within a specified radius of a Rippling office, working in the office at least three days a week is considered an essential aspect of the role under the current policy.
