Job Description

POSITION: Account Closing Manager
Looking for an Immediate Joiner.
Experience: 6+ Years
Day Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM.
Location: Goregaon West
Salary :- 6 LPA
Notice Period :- 30 Days 

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Finalization:
• Review and finalize sales contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
• Ensure all contractual terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements. 

Negotiation Support:
• Assist sales representatives in finalizing negotiations with potential clients.
• Provide guidance on contract terms and pricing strategies to optimize deals. 

Documentation Management:
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales contracts, amendments, and related documents.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required paperwork. 

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
• Ensure that all sales transactions comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal standards.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and communicate changes to the sales team. 

Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Liaise with various internal teams, including sales, legal, finance, and operations, to facilitate the closing process.
• Act as a point of contact between different departments to resolve any closing-related issues.

Post-Closing Support:
• Work closely with customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to customer onboarding.
• Address any post-closing issues or concerns raised by clients
