Job Description Account reconciliations Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Maintenance of paperwork Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Updates and maintains general ledger accounts by keeping close track of accounts receivable details and control accounts Calculation for statutory dues like TDS/GST/PT/PF/Income Tax Income tax filing for individuals, LLPs & companies Ensure timely adherence to compliances. Assistance in Audit Knowledge of Excel Skills And Knowledge Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Knowledge of companies Act. Ability to perform elementary mathematical operations. Willingness to meet deadlines on a consistent basis. Comfortable handling and storing confidential financial information.
