Role - Academic Operations Head (Expert in JAVA, Python, AWS & AI & others advance IT software) Accountable for Technical program delivery Working with SMEs for appropriate curriculum design Robust monitoring and evaluation of the session delivery to ensure >75% placements Accountable for ensuring 75% placements for the students through strong delivery, capacity building and content development along with the Operations team Supervise the trainer team in day-to-day operations. Work with SMEs to upskill and improve the training capability Data-driven KPIs. Identify, measure, and track KPIs like Attendance, Placement, Faculty Utilization, Dropouts, etc Identify techniques and tools to be ready to achieve 2x scale by the year end. In the FY 2025-26, we expect >10000 students. Create the right processes and tools (like usage of LMS) to enable 2x participants in FY2025-26 Engage with students to understand the ground reality Collaborate with internal stakeholders from other department Work with the operations leadership (Ops head, Regional Managers and Cluster managers) to ensure smooth execution Always remain plugged into the ground reality and proactively identify and resolve issues as Tech Academy, works cross- functionally with all other team Set the mobilization criteria in close coordination with the faculty. Work with the Mobilization team and ensure adherence to mobilization criteria. Close interworking with the Academic Excellence team to understand existing best practices for monitoring and evaluation Close interaction with the Placement Teams to ensure appropriate placements Work with PMO to understand and execute Donor Mandate Work with National placements to understand emerging technologies and identify resources/ tools and partnerships to develop market -aligned content. Technology Dean of Anudip for all External Stakeholders Represent Deep Tech Academy to the L&D and Recruitment departments of companies that hire from Anudip. Ensure timely resolution of all feedback. The feedback could result in changes to Curriculum or to Pedagogy. Work with SMEs, Faculty, and PMO to ensure customer Delight Responsible for a positive Net Promoter Score. Represent Anudip and Participate in Donor events and represent Anudip at Educational Institutes as required to execute strategic initiatives.,
