You are looking for an Academic Program Manager with practical experience in data analytics (DA), Python, and SQL. This role does not require advanced data science or highly technical engineering skills. You should have hands-on technical fluency and collaborative, people-oriented strengths to support program delivery, manage teams, and engage learners effectively. Your key responsibilities will include supporting learners" growth and delivering outcomes in an academic environment, handling interview and B2B operations, driving placements and learner supply to meet industry demands, structuring training programs, and preparing learners for company-specific requirements. You will also have high face time with the leadership team and engage in sales and marketing partnerships. To excel in this role, you must have practical knowledge of data analytics techniques, Python, and SQL along with experience in team management. Additionally, experience in teaching, mentoring, or working in edtech is considered valuable but not mandatory. You should have at least 2 years of experience in data-oriented roles and possess a good understanding of data analytics stacks and program management.,
