Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to do outbound calls to potential customers
- Communicating with learners
- Profile the customers and understand their needs
- Explain the right product to customers alogn with product features and benefits
- MOM assigned targets achievement
- Close sales and achieve the sales quotas
- Develop new leads through referrals
- Generating appointments for video counselling/face-to-face appointments
Key Competencies:
- Graduate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Strong presentation/negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
