Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an AC Technician at The Fern Hotels & Resorts located in Ratnagiri. The AC Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, plumbing, preventive maintenance, EPA compliance, and handling electrical work to ensure optimal functioning of air conditioning systems. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills Plumbing expertise EPA certification and knowledge of Electricity Ability to work efficiently and independently Excellent problem-solving abilities Relevant certification or diploma in HVAC or similar field Prior experience in hotel or facility maintenance is a plus,
