As an ABM/Demand Gen Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for executing targeted campaigns that aim to convert key accounts and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) into a high-intent pipeline. Your role will involve close collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketops to design campaigns that drive results, moving prospects from early-stage engagement to sales-ready conversations. This opportunity allows you to operationalize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) by leveraging a full stack of tools and engaging all teams involved. You will be instrumental in infusing precision into demand generation efforts and developing scalable playbooks that align with sales-led Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Your Impact: - Building and implementing full-funnel campaigns targeted at high-value accounts through channels such as email and outbound sales collaboration - Collaborating with Sales & Product teams to test segmentation logic and personalization strategies across various personas, industries, and buying stages - Taking ownership of campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing technology platforms - Partnering with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to create coordinated plays that enhance engagement and conversion rates - Working closely with content, design, and product marketing teams to develop customized messaging and assets - Conducting A/B tests across different elements including copy, creatives, and channels to optimize campaign performance - Monitoring account engagement and funnel progression to derive insights and refine targeting strategies - Reporting on campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline influenced, engagement rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) You Bring: - 2+ years of experience in demand generation-related roles, particularly in campaign management within a B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) environment - Hands-on experience with campaign tools like HubSpot, Smartleads, and Clearbit - Understanding of sales-led funnel strategies and the B2B buying cycles, key personas (especially technical decision-makers), and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)-driven marketing - Strong collaboration skills across functions, working effectively with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams - Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments - A metrics-driven approach with a focus on testing, learning, and continuous optimization We Offer: - Remote-first culture promoting flexibility in work arrangements - Comprehensive health benefits for your well-being - Allowances for workstations and devices to support your productivity - Professional development budget to enhance your skills and knowledge - The opportunity to lead and scale the ABM strategy from the ground up Marketing_POD,
