Company: MSA Global Technology and Engineering Private Limited, leading aerospace precision machining company Job Summary: We're seeking experienced VMC machine operators to join our team. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience operating and programming 5-axis and 3-axis DMG, and Hyundai VTL machines. If you have a strong background in precision machining and a passion for delivering high-quality products, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and program 5-axis and 3-axis VMC machines (DMG, Hyundai VTL) 2. Set up and run machining programs to produce complex aerospace components 3. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications 4. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues 5. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Requirements:* 1. Minimum 5 years of experience operating and programming VMC machines (5-axis and 3-axis) 2. Experience with DMG and Hyundai VTL machines 3. Strong knowledge of VMC machining principles, programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) 4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications 5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. Aerospace industry experience 2. Certification in VMC machining or related field 3.
