Execute plans for being in communication with all INTECHians for various occasion in their various life events (unwell, demise in their family, medical emergency, hospitalization, dealing with anything professionally and personally). 2. Create and execute plans to provide listening to INTECHians by being in regular communication with them in team or in person. 3. Ensuring maximum participation in all INTECH Initiatives. 4. Participating in creating, scheduling and managing employee engagement activities. 5. Act as a PR employee and culture champion at organizational level within INTECH. 5. Occasions for employee connect New joiner connect in person/ over the video call (basis location), congratulating newly-weds, wedding anniversaries, congratulating employees on child birth (maternity leave/ paternity leave), be with employees during someones demise in their families, congratulating employees on their promotions, touch base with employees the moment they put their resignation. 6. To keep Employee connect tracker updated for each employee connect to show the visibility of efforts put in building a People relations connect with INTECHians. 7. Assist in Basic HR functions and assist the leadership team at Ahmedabad. 8. Branding the events. Employee gifting and vendor coordination.,
