Sales Executive (Feet On Street)

Requirement :

  • Freshers who are interested to build a career in Field Sales.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing would be preferred.

Job Description :  (Post completion of Training)

As a Sales Executive for SMB (Small & Medium Businesses), you will aim to align sales activities with customer success to drive long-term growth sustainability at scale. Major responsibilities will include ensuring the achievement of sales targets in terms of revenues, volumes, and market share. The incumbent will create and maintain profitable business for their respective zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to drive revenue in the respective zones from the SMB segment with multiple product offerings.
  • Should reach out to all businesses across the territory and provide digital solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the target established for the area in terms of revenues & volumes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and other relevant stakeholders to manage the business requirements.
  • Responsible for their target achievement towards the Business.
  • Ensure long-term relationships with current and prospective partners.
  • Promote Google, Facebook, Insta, Leads sales, Web solutions in the assigned territory.
  • Flexible working for 6 Days a week.
  • Also flexible with travel.

Note:

  • Candidates will have a probation period of 3 months and will be converted as full time post 3 months based on the performance.
  • The CTC during the probation period will be 2.7 LPA and the CTC will be revised to 3.5 LPA + Incentives post conversion.
  • We hire on a one-year contract basis with an auto renewal every year. 
  • Incentives are paid out every quarter. 
  • Tab is provided (the security deposit amount is INR 9750, which will be deducted from the salary for the 1st 3 months i.e INR 3250/- per month). At the time of exit, the employee is expected to return the assets back to the company and the security deposit amount deducted will be repaid along with F&F.
  • It will be 6 days working and will be required to come to Verse office during the training process.  
  • Ownership of two wheeler is mandatory.
